Sales Personality Test
|
Description
A 65-item inventory assessing certain aspects of personality that pertain to success in a salescareer. This test is designed to predict success in high-level sales and may not be efficient in predicting performance of retail store sales personnel. The scores indicate the degree of match between an applicant's personality and the characteristics desired for a career in sales. Low scores indicate a mismatch, High scores indicate a good match. The test is suitable for adult and adolescent population. The text readability is qualified as follows: Flesh Reading Ease = 74.4; Flesh-Kincaid Grade level = 5.7.
