Plumeus reserves the right to deactivate My Profile accounts without prior notification for the following reasons: a) The account belonging to a non-paying member has been inactive for more than three months. b) The account is being used for business purposes. c) The account is associated with a reversed transaction without respecting our refund policy, claim of fraudulent use of a credit card, any behavior considered a misuse of the system or a breach of the terms of use. 2) COLLECTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE DATA We do not collect personally identifiable information from any of our visitors without prior consent. In My Profile, the results of each test taken are automatically saved in the user's My Profile account. This information is secure and protected by a password and login name. Users should keep passwords carefully guarded as they would any other personal information. My Profile takes all necessary precautions to protect this information from third parties, and does not provide any third party access to these results. We often gather data for further validation of our tests. Visitors have the choice of allowing or not the use of their information for validation purposes. When conducting validation studies, we always use aggregated (collective) data, never individual identifiable information (name, place of residence, etc.). Unless otherwise specified, no records of scored tests and quizzes are kept. 3) COLLECTION OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES Plumeus never sends unsolicited e-mails nor spam. Our mailing lists are never sold, rented nor shared. My Profile subscribers have the option to receive a newsletter and My -Profile-related information by subscribing to or unsubscribing from the mailing list. Newsletter subscription changes can be made at http://www.psychtests.com/about/mailinglists.html 2) BANNER ADVERTISEMENT To keep the prices down, My Profile is partially supported by banner advertisements. While psychtests.com does some basic screening to ensure that the ads are appropriate, psychtests.com does not necessarily endorse the products and/or serviced that are advertised on its pages. 3) COPYRIGHT All content of Plumeus' websites is copyright protected. Any copyright infringement and/or attempt at plagiarism shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
