There are several possible reasons for missing scores:
- You got disconnected while you were answering the questions (Internet Service Providers do that automatically when there are no page requests for a given amount of time). Solution: reconnect and send the form for scoring again.
- The data got lost in the transfer over the Internet (you would have gotten a blank page or a 'socket error' message).
- PsychTests' server could have encountered some problems due to heavy traffic, or it could have been temporarily down.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to recover your test results.

If you do not see a SCORE button at the end of a test or the test ends prematurely (is missing questions), it means that the test form did not load completely. If the form is not fully loaded you cannot score your test. Hit the RELOAD or REFRESH button on your browser to load the page again.
Before you begin the test, it is very important to scroll to the bottom of the test to ensure that it has fully loaded.

There are several possible reasons you recieved this error message:
- You actually skipped a question and didn't notice when you were checking for it.
- Some data got lost in the transfer over the Internet.
- You may have instructed your browser not to send any private information over the Internet. If you selected this option in your browser and specified that you don't want to be asked again, your answers are not being sent into the scoring engine, which interprets this as missing answers.
If you haven't instructed your browser not to send any private info on the net, there are other possibilities. Go back to the test, check all the questions again and attempt to score it again. If that does not work, it might be that you are using an old version of a browser that does not support some features used in the test. This might happen to some WebTV users or users of old versions of Netscape or MS Internet Explorer (versions 2.0 or less). In that case, go to the Netscape or MS homepage and download the latest versions.
If none of the above apply, chances are that you might have encountered an obscure error in the scoring mechanism. If you suspect that this might be the problem, you could help us by sending us the following information:
- What browser and which version you are using (Netscape, MSIE, AOL, WebTV etc.)
- Which test you had problems with
- Your answers to the test
